What are the Arandor Awards? The Arandor Awards came out of my disgust and frustration with the awards show continuously snubbing The Lord of the Rings films. These films are, in my opinion, the best films ever created and are certainly wondrous pieces of art. But as it is in a genre that is not taken seriously, the films and Peter Jackson are not getting the awards and recognition that they deserve. So, I decided to start the Arandor Awards, dedicated solely to The Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Peter Jackson.
